BASIC FUNCTION:
Deliver quality classes to a variety of clientele.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Teach assigned classes.

2. Assist the Sales Manager in supporting the Sales Department.
    a. Provide knowledge base to Technology Training Consultants in areas of expertise.
    b. Assist Technology Training Consultants in determining client needs.

3. Set up computers at offsite locations and perform basic troubleshooting when equipment is not operational.

4. Perform other duties and tasks as designated by the Operations Manager.
